1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VENTA Tweaks ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

VENTA Tweaks is a Windows optimization tool designed to improve system performance through registry modifications, service management, and system cleanup utilities.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VENTA Tweaks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal use.

You May:

• Install and use the Software on devices you own or control
• Apply optimizations and tweaks to your Windows systems
• Use the cleanup, registry cleaner and driver health features
• Activate Premium features with a valid Premium Code you've purchased

You May Not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal purposes

3. System Modifications & Disclaimer

User Acknowledgment:

By using VENTA Tweaks, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You understand the Software makes changes to your Windows system
• You have reviewed the descriptions of tweaks before applying them
• You accept full responsibility for any system modifications
• You should create a system restore point before making changes
• Some tweaks may affect system stability or compatibility with certain software

Revert Functionality:

VENTA Tweaks provides revert commands for most tweaks, allowing you to undo changes. However, we cannot guarantee complete restoration of all system states in all scenarios.

4. Licensing & Premium

Free features are provided at no cost, limited to 10 active tweaks at a time. Premium is unlocked permanently by a one-time purchase made through Ko-fi, verified through a Premium Code you activate in the app. There is no recurring charge.

• Performance percentages and latency estimates are modelled from your hardware to indicate relative impact. They are not guaranteed or benchmarked results
• Driver updates are installed only through the official Windows Update service, never a third-party mirror

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE VENTA TWEAKS PROJECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any data loss, system instability, or hardware damage resulting from Software use
• Incompatibility issues with other software or system configurations
• Performance degradation or unexpected system behavior
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or personal files

6. Privacy & Data Collection

VENTA Tweaks respects your privacy and operates with minimal data collection:

What We Collect:

• Hardware details (CPU, GPU, memory, storage, network adapter) read locally to model tweak impact
• Locally stored tweak preferences, settings and your chosen username
• No telemetry or usage tracking is performed by VENTA Tweaks itself

Third-Party Services:

• Activating Premium sends only your Premium Code to our license server, to confirm it's valid
• Driver update checks are handled solely by the official Windows Update service
• All other data remains on your local device and is never transmitted

7. System Requirements & Compatibility

VENTA Tweaks is designed for Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems. Compatibility with other versions is not guaranteed.

• Administrator privileges are required for most tweaks
• Some features may not work on all Windows editions
• Antivirus software may flag system modifications
• We recommend testing on non-critical systems first

8. Updates & Modifications

VENTA Tweaks may receive updates that:

• Add new features or tweaks
• Fix bugs or improve stability
• Modify existing functionality

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

9. Purchase & Refund Policy

VENTA Premium is sold as a one-time purchase through Ko-fi:

• All sales are processed through Ko-fi's platform; VENTA never sees or stores your payment details
• A Premium Code is issued after purchase and activated inside the app. No subscription, no renewal
• Refunds are handled through Ko-fi's own refund process
• A refunded or charged-back Premium Code is revoked and will stop unlocking Premium
• A Premium Code may be activated on any number of your own devices

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use VENTA Tweaks to:

• Disable security features on systems you do not own
• Modify production or managed systems without authorization
• Create malicious configurations or scripts
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with legitimate Windows functionality for malicious purposes

11. Support & Warranty

VENTA Tweaks is provided without warranty:

• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Support may be provided on a best-effort basis
• We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions (Ko-fi, Windows Update, our license server)
• Bug reports and feature requests are welcome but not binding

12. Termination

This license is effective until terminated:

• You may terminate by uninstalling the Software
• We may terminate if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the Software
• System modifications may persist after uninstallation

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time:

• Updated terms will be posted on this page
• Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of new terms
• Material changes will be noted in update logs

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
